Why would I work with Qualified to fill a position, rather than filling the position on my own?
Great question. You should work with us only when it makes sense. Sometimes, you won't need us to fill a position for you-your resources will do just fine. Our goal is to provide service in the areas you can't, don't have the time, or lack the resources to pursue-for instance, confidential, hard-to-find, or high-demand candidates. This is a great discussion to have with our recruiter as you set the parameters of your search and define the service that you need from us.

How do you find and screen your candidates?
Over the years, Qualified has developed an extensive talent base to pull from. We use online resources, traditional resources, a fantastic referral network, and have a few other sources up our sleeve that will give you access to the people you want to meet.

We represent sincere, professional candidates with legitimate work history, skills and ambition. These candidates go through our rigorous screening process including interviews, reference checks, and educational, certification and licensure verification. We also take into account any screening processes you want or need before considering a candidate for hire.

How long will it take to find the right employee?
Each search we undertake is different. By focusing our search in specific industries and professions, we are able to access candidates with the right skill and background in a shorter time frame than if you started your search from scratch. In most cases, you can expect to see qualified candidate resumes within the first few days of the search. For some in-demand candidate categories, that may be stretched to a couple of weeks. Either way, we keep you informed of our progress at regular intervals.

What do you bill for your search services?
We bill a mark-up on employee salary/compensation, so the cost of hire to you is predicated on the compensation level that an employee is offered and accepts.  Please contact one of our recruiters for specific costs.

Qualified focuses on long-term relationships. We aren't interested in filling one position for you, or earning one fee-we develop our understanding of how to best meet your hiring objectives and business demands over an extended period of time.
We won't try to bulldoze you into candidates. We only want to work with you when it makes sense for you and your organization.
