We're all about the ‘we'

We are respectful and loyal to each other and to the people we serve.  The hiring objectives of the people we serve are always a top priority.  We believe in looking for opportunities to serve or lend a helping hand even when we may not be immediately rewarded.

There is a quote that says "gloves protect the worker's hands from feeling too much - at the expense of feeling too little."  We're a "glove heavy" society when it comes to our business relationships and interactions.  But at QA, we believe to be truly successful, the gloves have to "come off", allowing us to see and interact with every client and candidate first as a human being, next as a partner for success.

We are flexible to change and progress.  We easily navigate the challenges we and our clients face every day. 

In a way, you could call us the "Gumby" of Recruiters.  Our strength isn't in having an unmovable foundation and steely approach.  We are born to bend, twist, and contort to the challenge at hand.  Our flexibility not only allows us to mold to each new need - it dares us to try the improbable, and find we are equal to the task.

We're smart people, we'll figure it out

We are focused on new ideas and methods.  We make sure our resources are the best.  We consistently seek out the best way to accomplish an objective.  We are solutions seekers.

Even the best Super Heroes (Superman, Batman, MacGyver) had extra gadgets at their disposal.  But more than being about the tool itself, knowing when and how to use it is the key to success.  To be the best, you need the best.   So we are always utilizing the most cutting edge tools, approaches, and methods that will benefit your recruiting needs - it's like having our own Bat-Mobile (or in MacGyver's case, a paper clip and tube sock).

We have elected to obligate and pledge ourselves to the goals, philosophies and responsibilities of our craft.  We are committed to bringing our best to every interaction.  We are accountable for our actions and responsibilities.

As they say in basketball, "You can't coach height."  Similarly, you can't coach personal commitment.  You either have it or you don't.  And for us, commitment is like the ticket into the game - it is something that each of us has to (and does) bring with us every single day.  It is commitment to our company, purpose, and clients and candidates at all times, in all things.

We are complete in all respects.  People know what to expect from us and can trust that we do it the right way.  We are dedicated to best practices and best outcome in every interaction.

When Michelangelo was commissioned to paint the Sistine Chapel ceiling, his task was immense.  The work was painstaking, intricate, and back breaking.  Yet across every inch, the care of an expert can be seen.  Michelangelo's goal wasn't to make sure the ceiling was painted - that could have been completed quickly.  Instead, his goal was to create a masterpiece, in which every stroke mattered.  Our approach is the same - exercising extraordinary care in every detail in order to exceed expectations.  No shortcuts.  No substitutes.  No settling.

Fearless
We are brave of heart 

We push ourselves to meet the definition of fearless every day:  courageous; resolute in the face of challenges, unafraid, intrepid and daring.  We never ignore the ‘elephant' in the room.  We are unafraid to initiate difficult discussions in aid of meeting our and our client and candidate's goals.  We are resilient.  We are able to bounce back quickly.

Rookie skydivers have many opportunities to "back out" of their objective.  They aren't fearless because they agree to skydive, take classes, put on the equipment, or board the plane.  Skydivers become fearless when they step off of the plane and into the sky.  Recruiting parallels skydiving in so many incredible ways (albeit with two feet firmly on the ground!)  And just like skydiving, being fearless in recruiting means that you never glance back at the plane you just jumped from - you only look straight ahead into the exhilarating unknown, with unfailing determination to succeed.
