Peg founded the company in 1993 to do what she loves: recruiting.
Peg has 24 years of professional recruiting experience for a wide range of industries. She has supported companies across Utah, the Intermountain states and California. She brings a unique management viewpoint to hiring as she shares the same challenges faced by business owners and managers every day.
Peg is committed to the ideal of helping people and building a company devoted to service excellence. Everything the company does is focused on these two key goals. Peg believes these are essential to providing real value to the people in the communities served by Qualified Associates.
Fearless
Peg is the originator of Qualified Associates fearless company culture. This is not a new concept for Peg - she's been this way since her youth, as evidenced by her jump off a haystack using a homemade parachute that (shockingly) didn't open. That wasn't her last jump either. She kept at it, as she does today.
