In 1993, Peg opened the doors to Qualified to do what she believes brings the greatest support and value to people, businesses and communities: recruiting. Peg thrives on being able to help people find the right place and the right work with the right company. She has a unique management viewpoint on hiring, as she shares the same challenges faced by business owners and managers every day.

Peg is committed to two ideals: helping people and building a company devoted to service excellence. She believes these ideals are essential to providing real value to people in the communities served by Qualified Associates.

Peg brings a strong history of excellent service and support to the top-tier companies and talented professionals she works with. With over 24 years of professional recruiting experience in a wide range of industries, she has supported companies throughout much of the U.S., with a primary focus in the Western states.
