  • We refer Candidates for positions only with their authorization.

  • We make every effort to assure that the companies to which we refer candidates are not known to engage in illegal or questionable business practices, and who have a good reputation in their market.

  • Information about a candidate will be used only for the purpose of finding employment for that candidate.  We are protective of personal information, and handle it appropriately.

  • A Candidate will never be obligated to pay any fees to Qualified for working with us in the course of a job search.

  • Positions listed by Qualified will be factual, refer to real jobs, and be valid in terms of the position type and compensation available through Qualified.

  • Qualified will not induce an employee or prospective employee to breach any terms of any contract he or she might have with any other contracting company.

Client Expectations

  • A candidate’s employment record, education, qualifications and salary requirements will be stated as accurately and fully as possible.

  • Communications, written or verbal, including Direct mail, email bulletins and resumes of candidates presented to clients will always represent real candidates

  • Confidential information relating to the business policy of clients, which is imparted as an aid to the effective handling of their job requirements, will be treated appropriately.  We will generally keep your company identity confidential until mutual interest has been determined.

  • No client will be obligated for a fee or other charges, without their full knowledge and/or until an offer and acceptance has been made between a client and a candidate.

  • When a valid Direct Hire guarantee is invoked, search and candidate replacement efforts will be made promptly, and with full focus and attention to replace a position under the guarantee.

  • In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, candidates will not be directly solicited from a client company in good standing nor solicited for other positions while employed by a client with whom they were placed by Qualified, unless the candidate initiates reactivation of his/her candidacy.

  • Qualified will not induce a client company to breach any terms of any contract it might have with another contracting company.

  • Qualified will not engage in untrue, unfair or misleading criticism of any other recruiting company.
